Современные аспекты качества людей с эпилепсией: Обзор литературы

Эпилепсия — сложная проблема общественного здравоохранения, связанная со страхом, стигмой и заблуждениями, которые часто приводят к нарушениям прав человека и дискриминации. Психосоциальные проблемы, такие как депрессия,
тревога, социальная стигма, отсутствие социальной поддержки и безработица, негативно влияют на качества жизни людей с эпилепсией.
В данном обзоре проанализированы результаты мета-анализов и систематических обзоров, в которых оценивалось качество жизни людей с эпилепсией.
На основании анализа наиболее современной литературы мы пришли к выводу, что качество жизни при эпилепсии определяется множеством комбинированных факторов, в том числе факторы, специфичных для разных стран. Лучшее
понимание качества жизни людей с эпилепсией, живущих в различных группах населения, имеет важное значение, поскольку на качество жизни влияют различные культурные, этнические и экономические факторы.
