Исследование сенсорного профиля детей в Центральном Казахстане

Цель исследования. Выявить сенсорные характеристики детей, проживающих в Караганде и сельской местности, с учетом влияния городской и сельской среды на их развитие.
Методы. Было проведено количественное онлайн-исследование родителей с использованием адаптированной версии опросника «Sensory Profile» для оценки сенсорной обработки у детей по основным сенсорным модальностям. Для анализа данных применялись описательная статистика и линейный регрессионный анализ с целью выявления социодемографических и средовых факторов, связанных с сенсорным профилеме.
Результаты. Анализ сенсорного профиля выявил высокую долю выраженных сенсорных нарушений, особенно в тактильной, слуховой и гипореактивной областях; линейный регрессионный анализ выявил значимую связь между тактильной чувствительностью и количеством детей в семье, а также уровнем профессионального образования родителей.
Выводы. Данные подтверждают, что сенсорные различия у детей являются индивидуальными и зависят от контекста, не формируя единого клинического паттерна. Это подчеркивает необходимость дифференцированного подхода при интерпретации сенсорных профилей, учитывающего сенсорные характеристики при организации образовательной среды.
